Have you ever spent an afternoon in Pinball Land and thought to yourself, “Wouldn’t it be cool to have this whole place to just myself and my friends?” Maybe for a birthday party? Well, good news for you – we offer the option to book your own private party at Pinball Land! Keep reading to find out how you can throw your own private arcade party.
It’s YOUR Party! Do It Your Way.
Not only does a private party at Pinball Land allow you and up to 59 of your friends and family exclusive rights to the arcade for two hours, but you are also allowed to bring in whatever refreshments you’d like to enjoy for the duration of your party!
We do have a couple of small limitations – we’d rather you didn’t bring a wide assortment of interesting and sticky syrups, for example, and we don’t have a freezer to keep ice cream cool – but you’re welcome to bring all the cupcakes, cookies, hot dogs, pizza, breakfast pastries, cheese platters, veggie trays, alcoholic beverages, and coffee you want! (That’s just a smattering of the snacks we’ve seen brought in over the years – if you have a question about what’s permitted, just ask!)
Private parties allow you to ensure that only your group is in Pinball Land at a time, which is a tremendous safety advantage for parents during birthday parties. We only have the front entrance, which allows little players free range of the arcade without worrying their adults that they might make a break for the door.
It’s (Private) Party Time!
A private party at Pinball Land allows you to play as much as you’d like for two hours on our unlimited free-play games, either before we open or after we close.
We offer private parties as early as 10 AM on the weekends, making a “play brunch” a fun option, and as late as 10 PM – making Pinball Land a fun “last stop” during an evening of overall merriment in downtown Rockford.
Weekends are, of course, the most popular time to host a party at Pinball Land – but a lot of people don’t know that we also offer weekday options!
You can host a party during the week, Tuesday through Friday, from noon – 2 PM, or on a Tuesday or Thursday evening from 8 – 10 PM. The real hidden gem, of course, is that Sunday evening slot – you can host a party with us from 6 – 8 PM, which gets everyone home before 9 even on a school night!
Personalize Your Private Party – Put Your Name on the Sign!
While we definitely do most of our partying for folks’ birthdays, you can throw all types of parties at our arcade. Pinball Land is also an outstanding location for your next company holiday party or family reunion. Given our range of available games, there’s something for everyone!
No matter the occasion, you have the option to put a name or special message on our sidewalk sign outside! Let us know during our correspondence what name or message you would like us to put on the sign to make your event just that much more special.
